OIUCI_HEADER SAP table for – Incoming Check Header information

Here we would like to draw your attention to OIUCI_HEADER table in SAP. As we know it is being mainly used with the SAP IS-OIL-PRA (Production and Revenue Accounting in IS-OIL) component which is coming under IS-OIL module (Oil & Gas). OIUCI_HEADER is a SAP standard transp table used for storing Incoming Check Header information related data in SAP. It comes under the package OIU_CI.

  • REMITTER : Business Associate

  • CHECK_NUMBER : Incoming Check Number

  • CHECK_DATE : Check Date
    Its data type is DATS (Date (Date: YYYYMMDD)) with field length 8
  • RECEIPT_DATE : Cash Receipt Date
    Its data type is DATS (Date (Date: YYYYMMDD)) with field length 8
  • CHECK_LAYOUT : Check Layout Identification Number
    Its data type is NUMC (Character String with Digits Only) with field length 4
  • ENTRY_TYPE : Method by which the Incoming Check Data is Created

  • DEPOSIT_COMPANY : Organization level 1 number (Company Code)

  • PERIOD_INDICATOR : Accounting Period to which the Check Should Be Booked

  • DETAIL_LINES : Number of Detail records associated with the check
    Its data type is INT4 (Four-byte integer – Dictionry type INT4) with field length 10
  • CTRL_CHECK_AMT : Check Amount
    Its data type is CURR (Currency Field) with field length 11
  • CALC_CHECK_AMT : Check Amount
    Its data type is CURR (Currency Field) with field length 11
  • DISTRIBUTION : Uses Valuation/Revenue Distribution or not
    Its data type is CHAR (Character String) with field length 1
  • PROCESS_MODE : Mode of Processing the Check

  • PROCESS_FUNCTION : Check Processing Function (Value/Post)

  • STATUS : Current Status of the Check

  • POSTING_STATUS : Posting Status of the Check
    Its data type is CHAR (Character String) with field length 1
  • FIRST_POST_PERD : Accounting Period in First Successful Posting of the Check
    Its data type is ACCP (Posting period YYYYMM) with field length 6
  • FIRST_POST_DATE : Date on which First Succesful Posting of the Check was done
    Its data type is DATS (Date (Date: YYYYMMDD)) with field length 8
  • VALUING_DATE : Indicates the most recent Valuing date
    Its data type is DATS (Date (Date: YYYYMMDD)) with field length 8
  • POSTING_DATE : Indicates the most recent Posting Date of the Check
    Its data type is DATS (Date (Date: YYYYMMDD)) with field length 8
  • ENTERED_BY : User name
    Its data type is CHAR (Character String) with field length 12
  • LAST_CHANGE_BY : User name
    Its data type is CHAR (Character String) with field length 12
  • LAST_POSTING_BY : User name
    Its data type is CHAR (Character String) with field length 12
  • LAST_ACTVT_TIME : UTC Time Stamp in Short Form (YYYYMMDDhhmmss)
    Its data type is DEC (Packed number (number with fixed number of decimal places)) with field length 15
