Here we would like to draw your attention to VSC03 transaction code in SAP. As we know it is being used in the SAP FS-CD (Collections/Disbursements in FS) component which is coming under FS module (Financial Services). VSC03 is a transaction code used for Define Specs for Payt Plan Change in SAP.
