Here we would like to draw your attention to GLPLINST transaction code in SAP. As we know it is being used in the SAP FI-GL (General Ledger Accounting in FI) component which is coming under FI module (Financial Accounting). GLPLINST is a transaction code used for Installation of summary tables in SAP.
It comes under the package for Planning Processor FI-SL, FI-GL (new) (GLPL). When we execute this transaction code, RG_PP_GENERATE is the normal standard SAP program that is being executed in background. Transaction code GLPLINST is included in the SAP component for SAP_FIN.
