As we know it is being used in the SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable in FI) component which is coming under FI module (Financial Accounting). FPARR2 is a transaction code used for Returns History Archiving Runtime in SAP.
It comes under the package for Contract A/R & A/P: Central Objects (FKKB). When we execute this transaction code, is the normal standard SAP program that is being executed in background. Transaction code FPARR2 is included in the SAP component for FI-CA.
