Here we would like to draw your attention to FIEU_PTYPE transaction code in SAP. As we know it is being used in the SAP FI-LOC (Localization in FI) component which is coming under FI module (Financial Accounting). FIEU_PTYPE is a transaction code used for Maintain Product Type for SAF-T in SAP.
It comes under the package for SAF-T Reporting (generic parts) (ID-FI-SAFT). When we execute this transaction code, is the normal standard SAP program that is being executed in background. Transaction code FIEU_PTYPE is included in the SAP component for SAP_FIN.
