Here we would like to draw your attention to REPORTING_AGENT transaction code in SAP. As we know it is being used in the SAP BW-BEX (Business Explorer in BW) component which is coming under BW module (Business Warehouse). REPORTING_AGENT is a transaction code used for Scheduler Test Call in SAP.
It comes under the package for BW: Batch Reporting (RSRB). When we execute this transaction code, RUN_SCHEDULER is the normal standard SAP program that is being executed in background. Transaction code REPORTING_AGENT is included in the SAP component for SAP_BW.
